Keep landing pages consistent with ad – whatever the topic of your ad is, make sure the user is then directed to a landing page on that topic.
Place testimonials next to the corresponding action.
Use second person, supportive language for inclusion – corporate speak will turn people off generally.
Limit navigation from page to call to action – the more clicks it takes, the more likely you are lose people.
