Today, Rand and Will Critchlow get together to discuss Will’s successes in conducting surveys with users that replicate Google Panda. This idea works by sending a questionnaire to people about a site. Most of the questions should be Yes/No, and easy to answer. The first time Will did this with a small sample of people, he got really high agreement!

So what’s this data useful for? When gathered, it can be highly persuasive for clients regarding the quality of their site. If the results come back saying it’s low quality, explain that it probably won’t get through the Panda filter.

The questionnaire is split into Page level and Domain level questions.
